1. Stress management programme duration: three days

A
three day programme for busy executives. This programme prepares one to live
life by the art of yoga and Meditation. It is designed to address Stress
Management by simple natural ways. It also includes comprehensive lessons,
discussions and training on Breathing, Relaxation, Yoga, Meditation and
concentration techniques.
2. Body servicing programme duration: seven days
Like any machine, the human body also needs servicing, at least once in a
year to eliminate the accumulated toxins. This seven day programme helps to
cleanse and rejuvenate the body. The Body Servicing Programme is designed to
relax both Mind and body and prepares one to perform better. In addition to
the contents of Stress management programme, this also includes advanced
Yoga and Meditation Techniques. Natural Treatment Therapies, Spinal exercise
and Diet Counseling.
3. Kaya kalp duration : ten days
This ten days programme not only rejuvenates Mind and Body but brings a
total transformation by preparing one for Self Management of stress related
problems, without the use of any drugs. The first seven days of Kaya Kalp
are almost the same as Body Servicing Programme followed by three days of
Yoga Therapy sessions according to an individual's problems, Eliminative
Treatments, Advance Breathing Techniques, Therapeutic massage, Lectures and
discussions.
