Two Acres of Lush Green Apple Orchard our Residential Complex is spread out
facing the Deep Valleys, Sunrise & The Himalayan Ranges. Complimented by
our Multi Cuisine Restaurant, our Chefs never fail to satiate your
palettes with our Indian delicacies & Continental Delights. Keeping in
mind your requirement of recreational activities we have - The Club with it’s
Dance Floor, Conference Hall, Home Theatre system, a Well stocked Library &
a sports room with a Tennis Table & Indoor Games.
Mukteshwar Resort Rooms & Amenities :
We offer neat, clean, comfortable & luxurious hill cottages type Double
Bed Room accommodation with attached western toilets, verandahs or glazed
sit outs to enjoy the breathtaking views. Although water scarcity in the
hills is common, we provide running Cold Water & Hot Water six hours per
day throughout the year as we have our own natural spring water source and
pumping system. The Rooms are well furbished each with a King Size Double
Bed, Two Sofa Chairs & a Table, Fridge (In Deluxe Rooms), Intercom,
Almirah etc.
Dining :
Enjoy the spectacular ambience of our Wooden Roofed Restaurant with it’s
Fire Place set in one Corner & Light Music to enlighten your mood. Our
restaurant runs on a fixed menu basis. However, dishes of your choice, as
itemised on our menu, can be served where advance notice is given. Package
meals are pre-planned by our chef. Our Menu offers Indian, Mughlai,
Continental, Chinese & our very special, Local Kumaoni Food. Mountain
Trail Resort is also the proud owner of Coco-House, the only chocolate
factory in Kumaon to make Fine Centre Filled Chocolates made from 100%
imported ingredients. Our Restaurant Lawn provides for a fine outdoor
dinning experience.
Picnic in Paradise : Offsite Activities
We organize Guided Packed Lunch Picnics to unexplored and Beautiful
Forests, Hill Streams & Cascades. You can enjoy bird watching, trekking,
jungle walks, bonfires and local folk dances. We take care of prerequisites
so that all you need to do is... enjoy! We offer customised packages to suit
small or large groups with transportation via vans, cars or luxury coaches.
Recreation Activities :
Mountain Trail can offer you myriad on-site & offsite activities
although we strongly recommend Doing Nothing at all & Relax in the Lap
of Nature at 8000 ft. A.S.L surrounded by Lush green Apple orchards &
Forests. Explore Nature around & Soul within. Whether you want to enjoy
a game of Table Tennis, Karom, chess, Dance the evening out on our dance
floor or venture out into the Virgin forests with packed lunches &
guides to assist you in choosing just the right spot for the most memorable
Picnic. We have it all on our list. The Bookers can select from our
exhaustive collection of books at our small but well stocked library &
carry their respective pile to their favourite spot in our 2 acres of apple
orchard. Bon-fires can be offered in the evenings with background music. For
the adventurous few Bird Watching, Soft Trekking, Rock climbing &
Rappeling, Hikking or even opt to be guided to our special Guided Night
Forest Walks. Well to add on to the above list we also have other Sight
Seeing Tours to neighbouring Tourist spots & Temples etc.

Special Mentions :
» All guests are earnestly requested not to wash clothes with water as
it is a scarce in the hills. Please ask for our laundry service.
» There is no provision for self-cooking in the resort/rooms. LPG and
other cooking gadgets may be deposited with the manager.
» Personal electric gadgets, equipment not permitted, as extra load
may cause short circuit/fire.
» To maintain serenity & ambience we have no TV in rooms, we have
a home theatre system in the club only.
» Services start at 0630 hrs & close at 2200 hrs.
» No separate accommodation is available for maids. They shall be
charged as extra adult in guests room only.
